I am an American coach and trainer who has spent the last 20 years traveling across Europe to visit many of the best professional youth academies for the sole purpose of observing and learning how young players are trained and developed at the absolute highest level of the sport.<\/p>

I have been able to visit academies such as Real Madrid CF<\/strong>, Roda, JC<\/strong>, Inter Milan<\/strong>, 1860 Munich<\/strong>, Manchester United<\/strong>, Cagliari Calcio, PSV Eindhoven,<\/strong> FC Bayern Munich<\/strong>, AFC Ajax<\/strong>, SL Benfica<\/strong>, Berne Young Boys, Atletico Madrid, <\/strong>Club Brugge<\/strong>, FC Barcelona<\/strong> and others. I have good friends and contacts at many of these clubs and return as often as I can to stay current with what is happening at the highest level of youth player development.\u00a0<\/p>

I have been extremely fortunate to have doors opened that don\u2019t always get easily opened for outsiders and I feel a strong obligation to pass on as much of what I have learned as I can to those who can use it the most.
