Type of training exercise: finishing, warm-up
This advanced training exercise combines:
-short range passing
-playing to a target
-movement off the ball
I actually saw this exercise being done by the first team of Ajax, in the Ajax Arena, as a warm-up before a match. It was fantastic being able to see a training exercise like this being done from the stands of the arena. The perspective of seeing it from above was interesting. The skill on display was amazing. The exercise combines both short and mid range passing as well as, obviously, finishing.
